- 1 avocado
- 1 green apple
- 2 bananas
- 15 seedless green grapes
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 6-8 spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 cup green tea
- Lots of ice

Yellow Sunshine Smoothie
- 1 golden melon
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 clementine or tangerine
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- Lots of ice
