Ingredients:

for thick gravy: (saute & blend)
2 tbsp oil
1 onion
2 green chilli
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 ripe tomato sliced

for masala:
3 tbsp oil
4 cloves
2 cardamom
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 carrot sliced
1 onion
2 green chillies
1 cup frozen green peas
100 g paneer diced
2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt as required
1 capsicum sliced
3 cups boiling water
( 2 tbsp milk powder in 1/4 cup water ) or 1/4 cup fresh cream
3 boiled egg
kasuri methi as required

coriander leaves to garnish
