STKB KETTLEBELL COMPLEXES FOR STRENGTH are simple yet challenging.

While the 8 week #KBONLYMUSCLEGAIN program is going on far and wide, Im using its benefits for my next phase of training.

This next 4 weeks will be kettlebell only once again, but this time will be based only on #kettlebellcomplexes and handling them with HEAVY WEIGHT.

I recently purchased a new pair of 90lb @kettlebellkings "fitness" bells that have a slightly wider window for my specific arm build.

Many of you know I love competition bells but at a certain weight say 44kg or so they start putting too much pressure on my forearm when used for the volume I like to do.

Hopefully these wider window bells will do what Im hoping they will.

This is a sample of a hip dominant day in the new program Im working on. this is also a great training to get into STRONGSPORT!
