Ingredients and Instructions:

-Chicken 700 gram
-Adrak-lahsun ( Ginger Garliuc paste ) 2 tsp
-Dahi ( Yogurt ) 1 cup
-Dhaniya ( Coriander ) powder 3 tsp
-Lal mirch ( Red chili ) powder 2 tsp
-Kashimiri lal mirch ( Kashmiri red chili ) powd. 2 tsp
-Haldi ( Turmeric ) powder 1 tsp
-Garam masala 2 tsp
-Kasuri Methi ( Dry Fenugreek leaves ) 2 tsp
-Tomato puree 1 cup
-Orange food color
-Tail ( Oil ) 1/2 cup
-In a bowl add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt ,coriander powder
red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder,
garam masala , dry fenugreek leave , tomato puree,
orange food color now mix them well and rest it for 30 min.
-Heat oil in a wok and and add marinated chicken cover and cook
for 10-15 minute. Put burning coal in middle of wok now add
oil or ghee on coal and cover the wok.
-Remove cover and take out coal after 5 minute.
-Now serve chicken angara
