200 grams Plum seeds
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Cheddar cheese slice
1 Bun large size
1 Chicken patty
Salad Leaves, tomato, onion

Plum Sauce preparation: Boil 200 grams of plums till they are completely soften and pulpy. Remove the seeds and blend the pulp. Add 1 tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, and mix.

Plum Sauce is ready. Store in a bottle.

Spread 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise on each piece of bun. Heat these pieces on a frying pan till golden.

Fry the chicken patty already made at home (separate recipe).

Spread plum sauce on the lower piece of bun. Place 2 pieces of tomato, 2 salad pieces, just fried patty, a cheese slice, and 3 rings of onion, and put the upper piece of bun.

Chicken Patty Bun Burger is ready to be enjoyed with plum sauce of very unique taste and flavor.
