500 gm Kabuli chana
4 onions grated
2 tomatoes grated
Grated ginger and garlic 2tsp
2 green chillies slit
1tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder half tsp
Bhuna jeera half tsp
Dahi 2 tsp
1tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Half tsp black pepper
Amchur powder half tsp
Imli paste. 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
4 tsp oil.
Method
Soak the Kabulichana overnight and boil adding half tsp cumin powder salt and a tea bag /black tea take a pan or oil and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic .sauthe them and add onioins and onions turn pink add tomatoes and all the well and cook till the oil seprates from the Onion tomato masala .Now add boiles chana .using a smasher or ladle mash some chana for better n thick some water cover and cook for 15 corriander leaves and serve ????????
