Recipes
Coconut Rice

Rice - 100 gm ( 1/2 cup)
Coconut - 1 cup ( 8 tbs)
Green chill - 2
Red chilli - 2
Cashews - 4
Mustard seeds, ulund dhal, gram dhal, oil, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ghee, salt.

Cook rice, let it be non sticky, cool it. In oil fry mustard seeds, dhals, cashew, add chilli, curry leaves, add coconut, coriander leaves, fry for a minute in low flame. Coconut should not over fried. Add rice salt, mix well add little ghee, mix.

Brinjal Potato Masala

Brinjal - 1/4 kg
Potato - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic - 8
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kulumbu powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt, oil, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut, mustard seeds, ulund dhal.

In little oil fry mustard seeds, dhal, add onion, garlic, add vegetables, all powders, salt, mix. Add 1/2 cup water, close, cook for one whistle.
Open keep in flame, add coconut, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mix well.
