Today we are going to make, 'बनाना पैनकेक | Banana Pancake' recipe. This is healthy and good breakfast recipe.
As it is made up of banana and wheat flour, it is good for kids as well. Hope you will try to make it in your breakfast and enjoy it.

'बनाना पैनकेक | Banana Pancake' Recipe :

सामग्री | Ingredients:

पका केला २ | Riped banana 2
गेहूँ का आटा १ कप | Whole wheat flour 1 cup
चीनी १।४ कप | Sugar 1/4 cup
नमक १ चटकी | Salt 1 pinch
बेकिंग पाउडर १ चम्मच | Baking powder 1 tsp
मक्खन २ चम्मच | Butter 2 tsp
दूध १ कप | Milk 1 cup
वनीला सगंध ४ बूँद | Vanilla essence 4 drops

'बनाना पैनकेक | Banana Pancake' Recipe Steps:

- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
- Add it into mixer jar.
- Add sugar.
- Add 1/2 cup milk.
- Grind it into fine shake.
- Now take 1 cup of wheat flour into a bowl.
- Add pinch of salt and 1 tsp baking powder into it.
- Mix it.
- Add 4 drops of vanilla essence.
- Add banana milkshake slowly and mix it.
- Mix the mixture with whisk by adding remaining milk till we get nice batter.
- Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Now keep pan on a low flame.
- Add 1/2 tsp butter or oil.
- Add small cup/bowl batter depending on size of pancake you want.
- Once it dried from top side turn it.
- Cook it till get nice golden color.
- Similarly make all the pancakes.
- Serve with some honey on it.
- Enjoy your healthy banana pancake breakfast.
