Raita is a sub-continent originated dipping which is popular to cool down the heat of the spices. It, therefore, goes best with a bit spicy grilled chicken or meat such as tandoori and kebab items. It can be eaten with curries, vegetable dishes and naan or other breads.
Yogurt - 1 cup
Cucumber - ½ cup
Mint - ¼ cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Cumin powder- ¼ tbsp
Chaat masala- ¼ tsp
Black salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp

Tabouli (traditionally spelled as Tabbouleh) is Lebanon originated healthy vegetarian salad which is full of good nutrition and fibre. It is best served chilled and mostly used as a side dish with middle eastern cuisine. However, it goes very well with grilled chicken or meat and other tandoori and kebab items.
Parsley- 1 cup
Onion - ¼ cup
Capsicum Red - ¼ cup
Capsicum Green - ¼ cup
Cucumber - ¼ cup
Tomato - ¼ cup
Mint - ¼ cup
Bulgur wheat - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
