Here's the 3rd low carb diet vlog with a very delicious keto cauliflower tater tots recipe explained in Hindi. This recipe is a must try if you're on keto diet or low carb diet.

Ingredients required for cauliflower tater tots
1. Cauliflower - 1 medium
2. Psyllium Husk/Isabgol - 1 tsp
3. 1 whole egg
4. A handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
5. Condiments - salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, oregano, chilli flakes, garlic powder (put anything you want, but salt & red chilli powder are essentials)
6. 1 tsp almond flour (optional)
7. Oil for frying
