In today’s video I’m gonna share restaurant style chicken recipe which has unique taste.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Marination:
* 500 gm
* Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
* 1/2 cup
* Green 2 (chopped)
* to taste
* Turmeric 1/4 tsp
* Red chilli 1/2 tsp

Gravy Preparation:
* Cooking 1/2 cup
* cumin 1 tsp
* cinnamon 3
* 3
* Green 4
* medium ( finely chopped)
* Coriander 2 tbsp
* 1 medium ( finely chopped )
* Cumin 1/2 tsp + coriander 1/2 tsp + black 1/2 tsp ( crushed )
* Cashew 20 soaked in 1/4 cup milk
(paste)
Tarka Preparation:
* Cooking 1/8 cup
* 2 cloves ( chopped)
* 1 tsp ( chopped)
* 1 small ( cut into cubes)
* 1 small ( cut into cubes)
* Dried fenugreek 2 tbsp
* Red chilli 1/8 tsp

Garnishing:
* 1 tbsp
* Garam masala 1/2 tsp
