•Thick curd / Yoghurt - 1/4cup
•Kashmiri chilly powder - tblspn
•Salt - as needed
•Sunflower oil -2tblspn
•Kasuri methi - little as needed
•Butter - for tawa fry

For the cooking:
STEP - 1
•Tomatoes - 1kg
•Sunflower oil - 1tblspn
•Cinnamon - 2
•Cardamom - 6-7
•Bayleaf
•Garlic - 10
•Green chilly - 4-5
•Water - as need to boil

STEP -2
•Butter -
•Cardamom - 5-6
•Ginger garlic paste - 1tblspn
•Kashmiri chilly powder - 1tblspn
•Boiled tomatoes to paste - (Step -1)
•Cashews - 100g (paste)
•Readymade Tomato paste - 2tblspn
•Salt - as needed
•Kasuri methi - 1tblspn
•Sugar - 1tspn
•Thick cream / Fresh cream -100ml
•Tawa fried chicken
