Cashew/kaju 12-15
Clarified Butter/Desi Ghee tbs
Ginger/adrak 1/2"
Green chili/hari mirch 1
Bay leaf/tez patta 1
Cinnamon stick/darchini 1"
Mace/Javitri 1
Star anise/badiyaan ka phool 1
Cloves/laung 3
Black peppercorns/kali mirch 1tsp
Green cardamom/hari elaichi 4
Caraway seeds/shaah zeera 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds/zeera 1/2tsp
Mix veg
Potato/Aloo 1
Cauliflower/phool Gobi 1cup
Frozen vegetables 2cups
Yoghurt/dahi 2tbs
Saffron/zafran pinch
Kewra water 1/2tsp
Salt/Namak

For Garnish
Gunger/adrak
Green chiles/hari mirch
Cream/malai
