Ingredients and steps

Potato 4
Onion 1
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 6 Cloves
Green chilli 2
Tomato 4
Chilli powder 1 tsp and 1 & 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Curry, Coriander leaves
Oil, Salt, Jeera, hing.

Cook the potato and remove skin. Chop onion finely. Chop green chilli. Crush ginger garlic. Chop tomatoes.
In oil fry Hing, Jeera, curry leaves, add onion fry golden. Add ginger garlic, 2 green Chilly. Add Turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, Coriander powder, add tomatoes, salt, coriander leaves. Cook for 5 minutes, add garam masala, mashed potatoes, water, cook for 5 minutes. In oil fry 1&1/2 tsp chilli powder, 2 green chilly, curry leaves, Coriander leaves, add it to curry, add kasuri methi, Coriander leaves.
Spicy yummy potato curry is ready
Serve along roti/ hot rice / pulav /
