THE ULTIMATE FAST FOOD BURGER!!! CHEF EDITION

Hello youtube!!! here is my take on a fast food burger!! (I would definitely change a few things around for next time though). I have to admit this did not disappoint and will definitely be making these again!!

Paleo style BBQ/ketchup hybrid
2 onions sliced and caramelized
1 16oz can whole tomatoes (halved & seeded)
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 T onion granulated
2T Garlic granulated
2T Chili Powder (dark)
1T ginger powder
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
liquid aminos to taste
salt and pepper to taste

The key with this sauce is balance, it must be sweet, acidic, savory. adjust flavorings as needed.

for the Burger mix:
80% chuck
15% brisket
5% short rib (optional)
1-2% bacon for the smoke and fat
beef base, I like better than bouillon brand. you could also sub with Veal Demi, but it becomes pricey if you making the burger in a restaurant.
