Black gram (mash/urad dal) - 2 tablespoon
Basmati rice - 1 tablespoon
Split chickpeas (chana dal) - 1 tablespoon
Yellow lentils ( moong dal) - 1 tablespoon
Pink lentils - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 8
Cashews - 8

MARINATION
Mutton - 1 kilo with bones
Curd - 200 gram
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/2

COOKING
Clarified butter - 200 ml
Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - 6
Tailed pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorn - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves - 6
Cinnamon stick - 2
Onion - 2 big
Coriander and mint leaves
Green chilies - 5
Salt as required

AT LAST
Fried onions - 2 to 3
Clarified butter - 2 tablespoon
Spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves
